{"id":260,"date":"2020-03-21T10:42:48","date_gmt":"2020-03-21T10:42:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/yorkacornrunningclub.org.uk\/?p=260"},"modified":"2020-03-21T10:42:48","modified_gmt":"2020-03-21T10:42:48","slug":"cambridge-half-8-march","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/yorkacornrunningclub.org.uk\/?p=260","title":{"rendered":"Cambridge Half &#8211; 8 March"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It was a couple of weeks ago now that I ran the Cambridge Half and with all the events that have since been cancelled I feel very lucky to have been able to do it.<\/p>\n<p>Cambridge was only my second half marathon and I knew it wasn&#8217;t going to be a PB so I set out to run a negative split, which I managed! Very pleased with that as in the few races I&#8217;ve done I&#8217;ve always set off too quickly.<\/p>\n<p>It was a lovely day for it, especially considering the storms we&#8217;d had every weekend leading up to it! Sunny but not too hot and a bit of a breeze.<\/p>\n<p>The route went round some of the colleges and then out to Grantchester, where the TV show of the same name is filmed.
